Missing sound notifiers

Hey everyone
When I go to my sound profiles and go to advanced, there is no preloaded sound notifiers. My good old BB coffee, etc. is missing. I reloaded my OS, no go. I upgraded, none, downgraded, none. I don't know where they went!
I called Telus and they are telling me it is the phone and that they will send me a new refurb but the phone is just over a month old and I don't want to have to do that.
Anyone know a link to where I can just download them ?
