Apologies in advance for what I'm hoping is a stupid question.

I've started using BESX this week and found my way round most things I think I need and setup some policies, however I seem to not be able to force the user to pick a new password once the device has been setup by an admin and locked in preperation for their first use.

Am I missing something ?

Ideally I'd like to fully automate the final sections which is certain view settings on email etc but can't find anyway of doing that hence a mobile admin carry this bit out prior to handover.

Any help gratefully received.

I have devices set up with a default password "wcrw" and give notice to change it once they have it in their possesion since everyone else would know it.

I saw another thread that the admin put in a long complex password and the users disliked it so much that they changed it first chance they had.
