My trackball hasn't been working well lately. I have cleaned it many many times and it still doesn't work well.
Will tmobile send me a replacement if I tell them this? If not, what has worked for people to get a replacement.
Thanks!

Assuming you got it at the earliest issue date, Sept. 12, 2006, it's still under warranty. Trackball is covered under warranty.
Call T-Mo and tell them the trackball is not working. They will send you another Pearl. Don't tell them you cleaned the heck out of it, they may wonder if you broke it when cleaning.
They may have you attempt to clean it up or go through some other procedures before exchanging it, but give them a call and do what they tell you.
It's not a big deal. When it is returned they clean up or replace the trackball and send it out as a refurb to someone else. That is easier then telling customers to disassemble the trackball and to fix it.
