When i got my Blackberry i changed my hotmail password and set up an account on the phone, since then ive been using the phone only to check my email, and i forgot the password.
My question is, as long as i am still receiving emails on my phone, is it possible to recover my password? i tried the password reset that hotmail offers i got no reply and its been 5 days.

No. You can't. You need to contact the Hotmail support.

Should be possible to recover the password by hitting up the hotmail page. There should be "forgot password" or "recover password" link there.

Yes you should be able to recover your lost password, if this leads to having to reset your password then chances are your Blackberry will stop receiving emails. You will have to re-integrate the hotmail address or go setup the new password in your BIS account.

Hello Zeid,

I just lost my password as well it just took seconds for Hotmail to respond. Did you request the new password from your desktop? Do it again from desktop if you did not. The reply goes to your alternate email account then you click on a verification link. Good luck
