That's the ugliest thing I've ever seen! And it says it is "data only" - what a piece of junk!

Still each one of these so called BlackBerry killers can't seem to take basic principals into account and fail before they get off the ground. It's almost like the sad state Sony has reached, once a pioneer in portable media they now seem to shuffle each quarter with a new device desperate to keep relevant with Apple's iPod and iLife suite of media apps. Yet each try seems to be one mistake after another... I'm sure the Ogo, Q and the rest will all have the same fate a year from now with a bunch or users no less wondering what they were thinking!

Funny that every new gadget to hit the market is aimed at knocking off Blackberry. I think that speaks pretty nicely for our choice in multi-function devices, huh?

Here here ndub33.

If everything is a "BlackBerry killer" it goes to show just how high of a bar RIM has set that nothing has yet killed the BlackBerry.

So...its appeal won't be to data-only users, but to people who think a phone is a phone? Am I reading that correctly? LOL

Why should to carry a pda and a phone when all you need is a BB...
It's a step back, who needs a batman util belt of stuff.
For me that would mean one more thing on my belt at work I already carry my bb, leatherman, and an 800MHz Moto radio...
Holly crap batman what a piece of junk

It's supposed to show a phone is more for than just making voice calls.

Default BlackBerry is the standard

Every 6 months we hear or read about the next BlackBerry Killer. It is all ridiculous "hype". What is true the is superiority of the BlackBerry. The other obvious is how every one compares these new so called BlackBerry Killers to the BlackBerry. Notice they never compare them to any other device. Every company has set their sights on the BlackBerry because of the reliablity and performance. It is truly the market leader.

It's like all the "iPod killers" we've seen. They flop, one after the other. This Ogo is a real joke though. Chincey garbage and ugly as sin. Judging by sales numbers the Treo is the only thing in the Blackberry's league, and they're seemingly more oriented towards the student/consumer. They're trying to break into the corporate world but I just don't see it happening.

I agree. The blackberry is superior in security and business apps and intergration with enterprise applications on the clients network. These features along with being able to secure a blackberry remotely and/or lock a unit, send schedules and other information directly to BB through BES make the BlackBerry far superior platform than anything on the market today.
