Can you tell me exactly which OS from which carrier you have it installed on your BB?

The East Asian Language comes with several kind of input method.

Goto C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Shared\Loader Files\8900-your OS version\Java and see if you got these flies.

This file is to read traditional chinese
net_rim_font_chinese_traditional.cod

These files are for inputs.
