Has anyone successfully remapped a field and gotten it to snyc wirelessly? Have a open case with bb support (for about 4 months) which is yet to fixed. In my testing, the syncing from bes to hh doesn't work on remapped fields.
I pointed the direct connect number for Nextels to Assistant and it works fine too. Are you using iNotes to do your synchronization? If so, did you make any modifications to the tempalate? Do your other fields seem to synch OK?
We were pointing homefax number to dcid. BB support was able to duplicate it. Just very ssssllllllooooowwwww to fix it. Most of the fields I tested did not snyc from the bes to hh. I will test the assistant field. Thanks.
In BES 4.0 (or at least in mine) mapping dcid to assistant is not an option. This was being used to the push to talk numbers for the nextels. Works if you turn off the wireless and hardsnyc through the desktop manager.
