Why not? Did it brick your phone? Were you unable to download it? Are you just opposed to upgrades on old phones? Just saying you don't like it is kind of pointless without some context.

Does 1036 resolve the issue with contact alerts (ringtones for phone/message) not working? It wasn't fixed as of 1022. I read there may be a 1049 so may wait for it otherwise (of course, 1049 may not fix it either).
