Yeah that happens to me all the time also. Haven't been able to find out why though.

I find that when I have problems, deleting the service book for MMS, re-sending the MMS book and a battery pull solves the problem.

just spent two hours on the phone with ATT cust care, still cant get the MMS working on my account properly. it works for a couple weeks at a time, or if i put my SIM in an unlocked, non ATT branded phone, but as soon as i put it into the ATT hardware it doesnt work.

Same problem on my T-Mobile 8320. Tried everything from deleting my debug list, resending books, complete wipe and even a new SIM card. Called T-mobile about six times last month on this and each time I received a different answer and always someone who seemed to know exactly what was wrong and they supposedly fixed it on their end and promised it would work. Of course, it never did. Then a T-Mobile customer care rep said it was an issue with Blackberry and that they were currently working on fixing it. However, another T-Mobile rep said nothing was wrong with the service and that newer 8320's inherently had this problem...long story short it seems as if T-mobile has NO idea whats wrong with the MMS capabilities and it might very well be a inherent Blackberry issue. Currently I am awaiting a new 8320 from T-mobile to see it that will fix the situation.

TMO MMS sucks!
I am having the same issue with my 8320 and TMO provider. The rep at the TMO store here says he is having the same problem and will send an email to tech support everytime someone comes in with the issue.
KEEP CALLING YOUR LOCAL STORES and TMO tech support and complain!!!
BLACKBERRY SUPPORT AT TMOBILE IS 800-937-8997

I don't know if this bit of info helps at all but I had the same problem and still couldn't receive MMS even when I would send myself one. I called TM and the rep had me press/hold the 'alt' key while typing 'lglg'. Basically accessing the
'events log'. She then had me empty that out which she said was good to do from time to time. Anyway, not sure why doing that would work but after that was able to get MMS. Worth a shot...

MMS with Curve on Tmobile
I have the same problems. I called yesterday and was told it was a problem with the operating system and that they were working on it but as usual I took that with a grain of salt. I've been given so many excuses from Tmobile about this I'm just flat out fed up with them.

Yeah I had the same issues with this MMS not receiving just a Picture. I called T-Mobile they didn't have an answer on why thats was happening. They said it could be a Conflict between adding New Service if your adding unlimited Email your MMS pics would go directly to your MY Album inbox on tmobile.com, But if you adding or removing service it can cause conflicts between the 2 services your adding. In that case you would just need to Backup your data on Desktop Manager and do a Master reset it will restore back Manufacture specs. Re-install your data and it works like a new BB...

I was having the same issues, I was able to send but not rec'v any MMS. So I called TMO and did everything...service book, battery pull....etc and they even suggested a master reset (which I did not do). But what I found is that, I am not sure if this a known fact because I have not seen it on this board, but if you go to Option>Advanced Options>Browser Push you have to checks next to the boxes next to "Enable Push" & "Enable Wap Push". I had the "Enable Push" checked but didn't have the "Enable Wap Push" checked. Once I check the box next to "Enable Wap Push".....what do know, I am now able to rec'v MMS.
Sorry if you already now this.

called in and got mine working...I was not on the EDGE network, I was on the edge network, probably had to do with my SIM card, as traveling to Europe and such, I swapped SIM cards and she said the card that was registered under my account was not the one I had for the US.
at least it works!

This worked for me! I had changed over to an 8120 and had this disabled. I wasn't seeming to get my MMS messages delivered. Once I enabled this, deleted the MMS service book, performed a battery pull, then resent the service books my MMS started working again. Hooray!!!

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry Pearl 8100)
In order to delete the service books you need to go to Options > Advanced Options > Service Books. You will press the menu key on one of the service books, and then select delete. In order to resend the service books, log on to your carrier's BIS web site and resend them from there.

I have had the same issue with T-Mobile on both 8800 and 8320. I finally gave up and sent emails instead.

issue fixed
t-mobile fixed the issue about a week ago a new mms config service book was written simply do this go into options>advanced options> service books and delete mms config
the go out into the HRT and register now
go back into service books you should now have mms config 2.0
all will work now
this only works for os v4.2 anything above will have issues with mms over uma
