Question How do you search for an item in the scheduler?

Please Login to Remove!

I can't figure out how to easily search through scheduled items. On my PC and in Outlook, say, you just search for a keyword and the scheduled item comes up so that you can look at it, modify, it, delete, etc. I can't seem to find out how to search through my Pearl flip's scheduled items. I have to scan manually using the agenda view which might still work as my flip is new and I don't have that many entries yet, but it's already started to become cumbersome.

How can we do a search on our scheduled entries to find a particular one without resorting to looking through the entires visually one-by-one?

I've googled and googled but I can't seem to find out how to do this.

Thanks.

In the application folder click on search, then type what you want to search for; click calendar, and it will appear.

Default Doesn't work.

First off, I do thank you for the information.

But I have to say that this is a completely unintuitive way to search for something _in_ the scheduler; you have to go _outside_ of it to find a way to search within it ... hmmm ...

Well, it also doesn't work. On my 8230 Pearl flip, I searched for various keywords that were in at least one calendar entry each but no matter what case combination I used or which items I selected it search through, nothing was found. Not once. The search results always turn up as 0.

Any reliable way to do this? Better yet, any reliable _and_ better way to do this?

Thx.

That was from googling "search blackberry calendar".
And was the first answer I saw.
Perhaps you'll have better luck with that search term.
