Is there any api to find wether the device has Gps capability or not?is there any other way to find?

One way I found, by accident, if you try using Maps and there is no GPS the "find my location" option is not available or is turned off. Also, at least on an old 8730 under options/advanced/gps, the only choice is 911...not sure if this is what you are looking for...
