I'm using a Pearl 8100 and MS Exchange. How can I separate my business emails from my personal emails (different email addresses). I'm going on vacation and DON'T want to be tempted to read my office emails.

Go to Messages > Options > Email Settings > press menu key > Folder Redirection. Uncheck the inbox and sent folders. Now no work emails will be sent to your BlackBerry. When you return from vacation add the check marks back.

This may be a totally different question... On the menu screen, I have two email icons. One picks up both emails, the other picks up just my personal emails. Is there a way to have one icon for each email address?
