I have an unlocked BB storm 2. I can use wifi with no problem, but I downloaded the facebook app, an I can't use it. It says I need a data plan. Is there any way to use the applications with wifi?!? PLEASE HELP ME.

And I believe that AT&T sweeps their network looking for BlackBerrys without data plans. So you may end up with one in any event!

Most carriers are looking for people who dont have a Data Plan. Pick a plan before they pick one. It wont be in your favor.

not exactly, there are many apps, like ours, where you don't need a data plan, many apps to indeed support WIFI
