Could not install the app

I purchased an app and I tried installing it 3 times but it would not finish downloading. So I decided to restart my 9300 and when I tried accessing the same app from the app world, it gives me an error message where it says that I already purchased the app (Error 30222). What do I do with this? I purchased an app but could not install it anymore because app world is preventing me from doing so.
