Hi all,

Just some hours using my new smartphone BB Pearl 8100 and getting crazy trying to sync with my Lotus Notes Agenda and Address Book (and only want to use the sync with Notes Agenda and Address Book).

I'm using BB Desktp Manager v4.3.0.15 and when clicking on Sync, then Sync setup, I have only the following choices :

• MS Outlook
• import/export ASCII
• Yahoo! Domains

May I need some extra component or software ?

What is (are) the process to sync my BB with Lotus Notes ????

Please provide step by step help, with no acornyms as I'm new in BlackBerry world community !

This has been a known issue with Desktop Manager 4.3.0.15

Back to Deskop Manager v4.2 SP2, but still can't syncing with any agenda.

When selecting Lotus Notes, or Lotus Organizer or Microsoft Outlook, Sage ACT... the options button stays grey, and I can't setup any sync.

I really need help (step by step) from users who succeed to do it.

What version of Lotus are you using? You might want to try these steps:

I'm using Lotus Notes v8 on Windows XP Pro SP2.

BlackBerry is properly connected with the USB cable, and visible in Desktop Manager.

I have not a lot of hair on the head, but it will be less and less, until my sync works.

Get the help directly from BlackBerry support hot line, without any results...

My Pearl has lived its last hours in my pocket !

I will send it back to my phone provider to change to a Nokia N91, I tested it in a store, and it works properly the first time I plugged it on my PC, and sync to Lotus Notes very simply !!!!
