Hah, stop complaining you sissy, lol. jk, whats up budd.

Yeah, his work is great and improving vastly. He uses same icon base but updates his banners, i can tell by the home screen profile icon, hehe. Nice work man and keep it up.

Thanks for all the kind comments!

Yes, I do wear glasses...but I also prefer a larger/central clock in my themes...

And just to clarify, I'm a GAL not a GUY...lol...

Like the large clock no matter where it is. I stopped wearing a watch and just glance at my bb. The large clock format makes that quick glance possible. Looking forward to your next theme post.....

Thanks for these! They look great. I'm looking forward to the 8100 Today and I'll be sending a donation your way.

EDIT: I loaded up the 8100 Zen and there seem to be some problems with the menus while using Opera Mini. It seems like the menus get stuck in the background.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Default Update: Icon and Today styles available

The Icon and Today styles of "Light Show" are now available HERE for 81xx, 83xx, 87xx and 88xx series BlackBerrys. OTA Download Only!

NOTICE: Several people have posted about having menu issues when using this theme while running certain third-party applications (Opera Mini and Yahoo Go! to be exact). Yes, these issues occur because of the transparent menus used within the "Light Show" themes. No, the menus will not be changed. I personally prefer the transparent menus in "Light Show", so they will remain transparent. My themes are made for BlackBerry devices, not third-party applications. Thank you for understanding.

Cheers and enjoy!

hhmmmm...i like the theme but there also needs to be an understanding the many users, or dare i say most users, use some sort of 3rd party apps...to ignore this doesn't make much sense to me...

i was going to get this for my wife, but i know for a fact she uses 3 different 3rd party apps...i don't want a theme that only works part of the time...looks nice, but now if it could work that'd be great...

Maybe I should have clarified that the only third-party apps that seem to have menu problems are Opera Mini and Yahoo Go! (from what I've read). I too run several third-party apps (Google Maps, Beyond411, BBWeather, Mobipocket, Viigo, Facebook, Monopoly, and Sudoku to exact) and all of those work fine with the theme(s).

and two of the apps she uses is opera and yahoo go! no biggie, just thought that maybe leaving out users with 3rd party apps was limiting your scope...

Sorry to hear that, but I do not feel that I'm "leaving out" third party BB users. Anyone can download the themes (as they are free), including those using Opera and Yahoo Go! and judge for themselves if these minor menu issues are 'problematic' enough to hinder them from using the theme. You can't please everyone and nothing is perfect.

I really don't understand how anyone can say this is a great theme. I don't mean to be disrespectful, I thought it looked great and downloaded it. OperaMini, which is one of the most popular third party apps just cannot be used with this theme. I am also suspect that the reason the menu doesn't work is because of the transparency as it "flickers". I'm also surprised that bettedavis07 just doesn't care and refuses to fix the problem. I'm sorry to sound like I'm attacking as I'm truly not, I just won't use the theme. This is just unusual for someone that makes themes, most theme makers would just want to fix a problem like this.
