..i have a big big problem..and i`ll hope someone could help me...sorry for my vocabularry or gramatical exprimation but i`m romanian...i have a bbb 9000.i try to upgrade it to version 5.0.before that i`ve done a back-up with bb desktop software ,delete some apps.i removed the battery two or three times and when i try to turn it on ...No HOPE...NO RED BLINKING LED,PC doesn`t reconigze it via usb.IT IS DEAD!...the battery is brand new...can someone help me please?i try to wipe the device...with JL_Cmdr but...it doesn`t find a connected device...it is dead...please reply me!

Was it working previously?

How low was the battery? If it gets lower than 20%, you can damage it.

Can you plug the device into a wall charger and see if it will charge? Might take a couple hours.

it was working perfectly before...the bettery was full.if i plug the device into a wall charger is no action..no led blinking..NOTHING

if you plug the device in it wont charge, charge the battery in a next phone then use dBBSAK to wipe it and reload the OS. make sure the battery life is 100%

Wow... are you kidding?
You do realize that there are a little more than a few foreigners who live and/or work in the United States, right? Just because someone has a U.S. wireless carrier doesn't mean that English will be their first spoken or written language. The OP is Romanian, as indicated clearly in the first post.
