If it is a Vodaphone branded device, then it will always show Vodaphone on the start up splash. Cannot change that.

To fix the Reload Software 507 error:

1. Wipe the device with Jl_cmdr (see the FAQ for info).

2. Reload the OS (see the yellow sticky at the top of the 9000 section for the latest OS and instructions). Follow the instructions exactly and be patient as it can take an hour or longer to install.

3. Make sure the apps you install or compatible with your device AND the OS.

Good luck.

Use this link:

There are more posts on this error, use search, my experience is lacking as I'm new to blackberry myself.

507 is no OS on the device.

Are you following our instructions EXACTLY?

Did you actually wipe the device using jJl_cmdr or just try?

Did you install the OS on your PC?

Did you delete the vendor.xml file?

Is the OS specifically for your BB model?

If it continues to fail to install, try using BBSAK (BB Swiss Army Knife). Use Google to find the latest version.
