Recently we were required to move the Executive Director of our institution to a newer Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES). This process required us to wipe the device to reactivate the BES account on this device. Using the Blackberry Desktop software (Version: 6.0) the technician assigned began this process and chose the option to backup the entire device. However, the option to backup files stored on the device appears to not have been selected. Unfortunately, the device did not have a micro SD card installed; and as a result several extremely important files were lost during the backup process. The importance of those files that were lost are invaluable and we would like to know if there is an application or service available from either RIM or a third party developer that could possibly help to retrieve these files?

Any assistance you may be able to provide is greatly appreciated.

Without a backup, the data is not retrievable by any means.
