I am wondering is OS 5.0.0.348 available and is it supported on the Bold 9000?

Each device has its own OS.
A .348 for an 8900 for example won't be loadable on a 9000.
Check the beta forum.

I don't think it helped that it had nothing but Verizon programs in the os package. I didn't know Verizon had a Blackberry bold 9000?

I have .348 on my Rogers Bold 9000 and have no problems now. On the first attempt there was a failure and I got the 507 error, but was able to restore. BBM contacts were empty however.

Battery life seems decent, and it is definitely WAY faster than the last 4.x.x.x OS I had.

I bricked one phone last week with that OS.

I put it on my new phone works fine.

I think it's a hit and miss on certain phones.

I wouldn't recomend it untill the official release is out.

I've been running .348 for about a week now and has been very stable for me. I'm running it on a Rogers unlocked unit.

The only quirk I found was that my BB App World application would sometimes disappear and would have to re-install it. That aside, it works perfectly on my unit.

The only people having issues with this build are those running on the At&t network. It has been discovered that a service book issue is causing reboot loops.

Wirelessly posted (BOLD)

I'm on 5.0.238 and have had better results except for batt life. Now the Bluetooth problem stated above. Had same problem - went and deleted all my bluetooth devices and re installed. Then everything worked and I had advanced abilities again
