I couldn’t wait for the Verizon 4.0 so I installed the Telus 4.0 a while ago. Now that Verizon released it I uninstalled the Telus from my desktop and installed Verizon’s but the handheld doesn’t see a difference so It doesn’t reinstall it. I’m assuming they are identical except I still don’t have the Verizon web browser. How do I get that? Do I need to re-install the OS?

1. Try Options->Host Routing Tables->Register Now.

2. If not, then delete VENDOR.XML to get your BlackBerryOS to reinstall. It seems you have to do this for the Verizon release too.
