Have you looked at the owner’s manual? Do you still have the owner’s manual? You can go to Lexus: New Luxury Cars and SUVs from Lexus USA and register there and should be able to look at the owner’s manual on the site. I would also try Lexus chat forms for help. You can do a Google search on that.
