With Verizon (no experience with Sprint), it's always been next day if ordered by 2 or 3 PM, or the day after for me. But they have a SoCal distribution center less than 100 miles from me...

I am physically going to a VZW store in a.m. Opens at 11:00 a.m. in my area

I stopped in the area's largest Sprint store and they said that the initial units were only available online or through telesales. The stores would not be getting them until late July or August. That's why I ordered tonight online.

I ordered mine last night after messing with the website for a few hrs. they had it shut down for system upgrades or something i waited till 7 am to make my order. But now its in and now i wait. i hate the suspense its my first new BB since the 8830 came out. hope there's no problem with shipping im headed to Ukraine and plan on testing the world capabilities while im there.

I also placed my order at 11pm PST last night. As of today, 3:11pm PST my order status still shows "processing...blah blah...please allow 2-5 days for processing..blah blah." I hope it doesn't take that long. When the Curve launched last year I also ordered it on launch day and although the status page showed "processing" the phones ended up on my doorstep 2 business days later. So I got high hopes as far as me getting my phones on Tuesday/Weds.
