get an error no matter how i try to download music onto curve either m4a or wav files. says device does not support ...
I have called ATT and tried to have an agent in store assist as well.. no luck

How are you trying to download music, from where are you downloading your music, do you have a media card, are you sure your using a curve? Your profile indicates that your using a 8700.

sorry no I am using a curve.. I just havent updated my profile
and i have used att sites for music download, external sites and also emailed tones and none are successful. I have two other curves that I have no issue with at all. I have had every blackberry since the 7290 and never had this issue

What Operating system are you running on the curve with the issue? If not on 4.5 I wonder if an upgrade to the OS would take care of this.

Not sure if this will help, but I have setup a site to send files to your phone. Give it a shot and tell me if this works for you.
