My son just bought the Storm 2. Everything seems to work properly except when he receives pin messages(he has it set to vibrate) His e-mail, sms, mms all vibrate except the pin messages. Any ideas

I would say to verify the vibration setting first for both in holster and out of holster.

Try setting the PIN to an audible notification and test it. Move it back to vibration and save.

Vibrate and audible do not work

Did the "Level 1" settings get changed? When editing a profile, there is a setting for Level 1 and a setting for PIN. By default, PIN messages are Level 1 (Messages/Options/General Options). Set Level 1 and PIN messages exactly the same in the sound profile and see if your problem still exists.

I unlocked my BB Storm 9530 using some online website. Now i am in india , subscribed Airtel data plan. Everything works fine but the internet and BB browser is not working.

Following Error message appears :

"your device does not currently have any browser configuration service book entries

please contact your service provider to enable the browser on your device."

Please help me.
