I recently updated my application to version 4.2.2.166 (latest from BB/AT&T website). I have two pop accounts receiving emails on my 8300. The one is working as normal, but the second one is not. The emails are automatically disappearing when ever my desktop outlook application pulls the new messages from the server. Does any one know what is going on here? I want the messages to remain on my BB.

I might be a little rusty on BIS issues but did you leave a copy of messages on the server?

I do not leave a copy there, but i haven't had this issue before i upgraded to 166. It's not that i am not receiving the emails, becuase i do. It's that when they are down loaded from the server via outlook, that the emails are being deleted from my blackberry for my one pop account.

is it only that email address or are other things being deleted as well? (call logs, calendar entries, etc) If more than just that email address are being deleted, it may be a memory issue.

If you delete from the server many of the email accounts will reconcile now from the server to the BB. So, if the email is deleted from the server it will be deleted from the BB. You can turn this off by logging on to your BIS site from your PC and turning this feature off.
