Please Login to Remove!

So it will probably be knocking on my front door by wed. Is their any apps you guys approve of? I figured I could have some stuff on my desktop ready to go before it gets here.

Thanks

Yea, lots. Look over in the Aftermarket Software section for MANY threads of "hot apps" "must have" etc.

The first thing I would put on it would be a big kiss. It really is a fantastic device.

Now being serious, Blackberry Weather, Jive Talk (multi-client IM), Viigo (News Reader), and Mapquest Navigator or Telenav would be my picks. Of course it all a matter of preference, but look in the Third Party Apps section for some great resources.

Happy Berrying!

Here is what I have, after a lot of forum-surfing:

Additions:
> Windows Live Search (Free)
> bbtracker (GPS tracking-free)
> GPSed (GPS Tracking-free)
> bbweather (free)
> BerryLocator (paid $4.95)
> VorinoClockTimer/Stopwatch (paid $15)
> OperaMini (browser) (free)
> gmail (free)
> bblight (free)
> TipBuddy (free)
> SoftReset (free)
> 1 gig. media card

Removed the following to free space and memory usage:
> PTT (search forum)
> Input support for all non-english languages
> Sample Blackberry video

There are two free stopwatch apps here:
3rd Party Application List - BlackBerryFAQ.com

Viigo is a great app for RSS, etc.

Get a 2gb Media card for a few dollars more.

Read the Memory Optimization thread in General section here, at the top of the section in the Sticky Notes.
