Default BB ID problem in 9810

Please Login to Remove!
I am having problem in logging in to my BB ID account in my 9810 handset thug I can access it through computer. Can some one kindly advise a remedy ?

What is the problem and error messages that you are receiving?

How are you connecting?

Are you in a location where App World is allowed?

You may have to go to the RIM website and create an ID or just make a new one if you already have one.
