I just update my curve 8520. And when I try to play music it only shows "Vsuite mismatch; expected 3239 got 3235" Please Help Me!!! I can't also use ringtones or sms tones. I can't play back videos. Anything that will do about the speaker is not working. I tried battery pulling but it doesn't work. Please help me! Thank you

did you download any Apps before this started? Sounds like you either have a corrupted OS due to loading something not designed for your BB or the unit has a hardware problem.

I checked at the Blackberry OS support site and there is no reference to "VSuite"
This would suggest you have a conflict with an App you loaded.
