Hello All,

I have two applications that I cannot "uncheck" in Descktop Manager to uninstall. One is BBText2IM and the other is jNetX Call Reminder.

How do you uninstall an app that you cannot uncheck??

Try going into Options > Advanced Options > Applications, highlighting the application, press the menu key and then select delete.

Thank you jsconyers, that seem to do the trick for one of them. The call reminder app didn't show up on the list but I appreciate the tip!

Glad that worked. Are you sure the other one is an application or service book. Go into Options > Advanced Options > Service Book and see if it's listed there.

Is it possible that the other one is just a shortcut to a web page? If that's the case, check your bookmarks and delete the corresponding bookmark...

That's a little extreme, and if this is indeed a service book, it would get pushed back down to the device after the OS install.
