Default Good Bye Blackberry

Please Login to Remove!

Well is has been fun...I have experienced the 8100 (Pearl), Curve and the 8900 and decided to try something new. I just got the HTC DROID ERIS for free online and so far I'm loving every second of it. Just want to say farewell!!!

Obviously depends on your needs, but the Eris (or any other Android based phone) doesn't work for me at the moment. Too many features that I use daily that aren't on the device. Enjoy your new phone. I hope it is everything the greener grass on the other side of the fence suggested it would be for you.

Tired of waiting for OS 5? Does the OS currently on your phone not work? Odd...

A lot of people are against using beta programing. Thus not being complete, and having bugs and problems. But yeah OS 5 is looking completely stable so far, seems pretty close to the official release if you ask me.

Keep us updated. I just purchased a brand new 8530 and my wife got the Motorola droid. It is SO nice. I think I'm going to return it and get the Eris. I like it's look/feel and the Android OS is just amazing.

I installed more than 20 softwares on my phone
Each time I upgrade, I have to put serial number one by one.
If I upgrade OS5 beta, then when it is officially released, I have to upgrade again and again.

Anyhow, a lot of people complained about bugs found on OS5

Loving OS 5 beta on my 8900, huge improvements over 4.x if you're a power user. Every time I get a bit bored and stick my SIM in my iphone I don't make it thru one day and rush back to my BB
