my bb 8900 .310 suddenly 3 minutes ago strated vibrating every 10 seconds and the led makes 2 blue flashes, i did battery pull, soft reset, checked that there is no new notification of any sort. even took batter out for 30 minutes, put it back in and it started right away, every 10 seconds one vibe and blue led.
any clues??

Any third party applications loaded to the device which might control the vibrate and LED, like BuzzMe or Bebuzz?

yes, i have buzzme but i havent miised any call

thanks, it helped, but thats odd, and ill explain y.

1. all ringtones i had setup as alarm clock, phone, and different emails, they all got erased.
2. 2 bbm contacts disappeared from my list, and once re-added they dont update with their pictures.

does that make any sense?

It makes sense, I don't understand how it happened and how it is related to the vibrate and LED.

How odd, this used to happen to my friends 8310, but she had no third party apps installed. Besides the phone acting whacko it would NEVER give up vibrating, ALL day long.
She had to take it in.
