Okay, I figure this is the best place to ask this question... does anyone know if it's possible to assign a folder to one of the convenience keys?

I want to make a folder with camera, media, video, and voice note and then by pressing the convenience key the folder opens so I can get two-click access to all of these progs I use fairly often. If the BB OS can't do it, are there any third-party apps? Thanks.

Yes, that's how my Left Conv key is set.
Option>Screen/Keyboard> * Side Convenience Key Opens: Media

since you're on an 8320, not sure if Media is set up the same.

Keyboard shortcuts > Convenience keys :P
Left: Media
Right: Camera

I also hide all my apps that don't have keyboard shortcuts.

Yeah. I'm pretty retarded. Besides, after thinking about it for a quick second it would pretty much be the same as hitting the menu button and selecting the one I want anyway. Thanks for putting up with my ignorance.

Lol... I didn't even know my new 8700c had one till I read this!! My 7290 didn't.. Its now set to Opra Mini which is reall cool since I can be in a bb browser session.. Hit Opra Mini browser and go to another web site then when I get out of OM my original BB browser is still up and running!! Yeaaaa.. .

Switching between the bb browser and the at&t browser would always kill the other session..

Eilyn,

Welcome to BBF. The way to get help is to start a new thread if your question does not fit into another existing thread. Posting in another thread that's unrelated to your problems does not help. If you have specific questions, try to make them clear so we know what you need help with. We aren't mind readers. .

The first thing to do is read the help on the device itself. There is an icon for Help on the device. That will answer most basic questions. Then read the FAQ for more info.

BlackBerry FAQ - BlackBerryFAQ

If you entered the password incorrectly 10 times, all the data on the device will be wiped clean. What exactly is it askiing you for?
