Default Email sync: Outlook -> Blackberry via USB sync?

Please Login to Remove!

Is it possible to sync the email as if it were a palm and just do it via USB? Email does not show up under the PIM sync. The user doesn't have a data plan they would just like emails transferred from outlook to the device. Is this possible?

I believe it should work. I set up BBs for people and I noticed that before their BES account was setup they had their emails sync'ed to their BB when attached to the computer using the USB cable.

I thought so as well, but email is not an option under PIM sync. You can set it for everything else, but email is not one of them.

You can not sync e-mail via the USB cable. E-Mail is only forwarded over the air; you can not sync it via the USB cable.

Talking Blackberry desktop setup

There is a box on the intellisync setup screen under Intellisync - Synchronize now that says reconcile messages. This box is grayed out. Is this a feature only available to BES?

So is there some way to get messages that are in my inbox onto my BB? When I sync piconews, it seems to occasionally wipe out some of my newest messages on my device, but I still have them in my inbox for outlook. I would like to have them on my device, some other way besides forwarding them to myself.

Does anyone know how to transfer email from the BB to the Outlook client?

I'm crazy looking for that!

It's a standar option with Nokia Communicators (9500, 9300 & 9300i), also with PDA's under WM5.

But I'm not able but stringly need it for my job

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Regards.
