Default Contacts -- Sync with Outlook

I am having trouble sync' ing all contact info with my BB 7750 when the contact has both a work address and home address. I know this can be done with the "user" fields, but I do not know how. Can anyone give me step by step instructions or tell me where I can find them?

Thanks!!

I'm on a 7520 and I do all my tweaking in Outlook. Outlook allows me to designate home and work addresses then when I sync it ports them just fine into my BB. I am having difficulty in getting my work comptuer, home computer and BB all sync'd up though. Even when I specify that Outlook overrides my BB, I still get problems. Maybe my old Palm software is jacking with me.
