Tried verizon tech support for 2 hrs trying to register the host routing table but to no avail.
It just keeps saying no entries, Now I'm stuck with a worthless 8330. I'm not real happy with this curve. Can anyone tell me why I'm not able to get the host routing tables and please don't come up with something like try taking the battery out (done it over and over).

Hi,

Just wiped my 8700 with JL Cmdr downloaded version 4.5 and 4.1 vodafone UK (had 4.1 previous version) but can't reinstall...
Can't find other instructions for clean install. waited overnight (one post suggests it might take time) nothing same 507 error.
I run the installer, and the message says installed the 4.1 on your computer, not BB...
Tried to install it through desktop manager but couldn't either...
Help plz?

Uninstall ALL versions of the Handheld OS from your PC.
Install ONLY the one you want.
Locate and delete VENDOR.XML on your PC C: drive
Go into c:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader and run the loader.exe program.

thks NJblackberry, just tried that. when the loader wizard comes up, there is a message inside the box....
"The blackberry desktop software does not have BB device software for the devices that you have connected to the comuter. contact yr wireless service provider...."
