I know zero about MAC computers, but have been asked to find out why our company President's new Cingular 8800 won't sync his contacts and email correctly with this MacBook Pro. I know the MAC has Entourage (2004, I think) installed on it, which communicates with the Exchange 2003 server.

We have are using BES 4.0.6, Exchange 2003 SP2. Mr. Prez is the only one having this issue....everybody else has a PC.

I have checked the settings on his 8800 (Delete On in Messages, and Wireless Syncrohization in the Address Book) and they are set correctly.

I also verified that he's not emptying the trash/deleted items too quickly for the deletions to sync properly.

I think the issue lies somewhere on the MAC, since when we log into his OWA account, things are deleting correctly.

Can someone please give me some things to check/look for? Much thanks.
