Default Wobbly/Unresponsive Trackpad

Please Login to Remove!

My first post here on the forum, so I should say hello to everyone first

Anyone else have an unresponsive trackpad?
I went from the superb Bold 9000 to the 9700. First thing I noticed right out of the box was the unreponsive trackpad, even while going through the initial setup. Having not had a trackpad device before I convinced myself it was 'normal'

Over the last few days the wobble has been bugging me and it could take 7-8 thumb swipes to go side to side on a web page, even when not scrolling. Up and down however worked fine

As it was only 4 days old, I got it swapped for a new one easily and this one is sooooo much better No trackpad wobble, and very responsive in all directions. Even the top function keys have a nicer feel to them!

Default I have the same wobbly track pad problem....

I got mine the day they came out. I tried switching out twice but same issue. I decided to wait a few months and warranty exchange in hopes of getting a different build.

Just for the record, all three were Mexico builds.

Everything else about my 9700 is great.

Still nostalgic about my -

Default Bold 9700 problems

Although I do not have the 9700 I have read massive complaints about quality control. I'm wondering if it is better to get a rebuild than new. They are touted as great Blackberries. ATT has them for a penny.

Wirelessly posted (Bold 9000)

The ones built in Mexico have problems. Shocker.

Yeah, that's because all the hard workers moved to the US. Well, except for my friend Jesus, he moved back a couple years ago.
