I have my Tour set to Network Time but the displayed time is off by several minutes. I have reset it and made sure Network Time was saved but it still drifts.

Any suggestions?

I had that too and set it to Blackberry and it is right on...

Do you have the right time zone set.

The wrong zone would be off by an hour or more

This happened on my Bold. I was never able to figure out why or fix it.
