Synching email between 7100t and computer

I am a newbie to BB but have had smartphone for awhile.
Is there a way to synch your email (opened, replied to, deleted, etc..) between your BB and computer?
I have my POP server forward a copy to my BWS and keep a copy on the POP server so when I log in with my computer I still have a copy to download to outlook.
