Hi,

I just got my 9700, every other app has loaded up just fine. I downloaded the latest SameTime 2.5.20c (https://www.blackberry.com/Downloads...19496C1A.node2) released on 02-Nov-09.

When I try to install it via Desktop Manager 5.01; it tells me that "This application is not compatible with your device and cannot be loaded."

My 9700 is running Platform 5.1.0.90 and App Version 5.0.0.321 (499).

Any thoughts?

I wonder if there is an issue loading the proper version for your OS? I just deleted Sametime 8.0.1 and replaced it with Enterprise Messenger on my Bold. I am STOKED about having the same client for BBM being used with Sametime. I used the desktop version of the installation and just added the app using the Loader.exe instead of the Desktop manager. Worked great for me.

Where did you get Enterprise Messenger from?
