I recently installed 822 on my 9000, and i can barely get through a day of work, light use without my battery dying. I have been reading the forums and am curious as to which os I should downgrade to. 681 or 771? pros and cons to each? experiences?

I agree that 822 sucks. I had the same problems and was ready to toss my phone in the lake. I downgraded to 771 yesterday and things are MUCH better.

i use 681 and i`m happy whit it. i don`t have any problems. try 681

I'm running 411. leaks memory like the rest, good battery life, fast. and no motherxxxxing mute button unlock idiocy.

Been using it as a base for some of Willyboy's hybrids and it's been very stable for me too.

These things are quirky as hell. whatever os you run, if it's truly jacked up, reload it. chances are it will take eventually. I ran 822 with no battery issues. I have intermittent call audio quality issues with 411. I might reload it. I might not. having to restart a call occasionally has to be balanced against the very real risk some even more hideous trait will emerge from the os reload. How is the push email on android?
