Hi,

I used to receive a little bubble icon when I had new blackberry messenger message(s) similar to the notification of a new e-mail in the top left of my screen. I stopped getting this notification (bubble icon) out of the blue about a week ago. Does anyone know how I can get it back?

I've never heard anyone have that problem. Have you pulled the battery, rebooted and tested it again?

Nope, but just did and it fixed it. Thanks! I'm looking at every technical aspect through manuals and settings and the simplest of all things fixes it. Hahaha thank you!
