The full instructions for setting up the modem can be found in the first post HERE.

Follow those directions, but make the modifications mentioned in my first post in this thread, and you should be able to get it working.

If you still can't get it working, pick-up your landline phone and call 1 (800) 937-8997 to talk to T-Mobile Customer Service. Make sure to choose the option for BlackBerry support. You'll get a rep that can talk you through the whole process and troubleshoot you along the way.
