BerryWeather.
Forecasts, advisories, maps, radar, and it's inexpensive. By far the best for my needs.

These apps use BlackBerry plan data, so BlackBerry data plans are required to use these apps.

A BlackBerry data plan is a data plan offered by your wireless provider that is specifically for BlackBerry devices. Some of the data services may work with a generic data plan from your provider, but many require the BB specific data plan.
The error message seems to indicate that you have the wrong version of the application... Your profile says you have an 8100, but the only version that uses the "ui.touch" events is specifically for the touch screen Storm.

I currently have Weatherbug and BBweather. The font on Weatherbug is too small I can't find an option to change it, so I'll probably stick to BBWeather.

There are multiple versions of BBWeather... one for the Storm (w/ touch screen) and one for non-Storm BlackBerry devices... and there is there are the "standard", stable releases for each and Tateu is now working on gps locations in an "experimental" version.
Here's the link that I think you want:
http://www.tateu.net/software/bb.php?f=BBWeather

Searching the Aftermarket Software forum for BBWeather would have returned this link:

First off, you only needed to post that response one time... Secondly, unless I missed it, there is NO weather app listed in that article. Way to thread-crap and spam the forum at the same time...

If you're willing to pay a monthly fee, the best I've seen is My-Cast:
My-Cast - Weather on your mobile phone.
I haven't used it in a while, but in addition to the usual, it's got nice animated radar, lightning strikes, and a lot more. Very nice app. It used to be $4-5 dollars total, but since Garmin took it over, it's gone to a monthly subscription.

how do you get radar images to view? My just shows a map with no radar condition.
