Hi,
From the description of your problem, it seems that you have only completed the 1st step of install. AppLock is a 2-step install. Please visit http://ota.getempower.com/ on your BlackBerry Browsre and complete the 2nd step.

Once you do this, you would see a blue colored 'Ei' icon under your Downloads folder. This is Empower Central that provides base services like licensing & support. Open it and you will see AppLock in there.

Thanks,
Ani.

I have the same problem... I opened it up after downloading both steps, and rebooting the device... but it still says trial version after I try to update the license.

You have downloaded the Trial and that is why it says Trial version.

If you have purchased a license and are getting this then drop a line to [email address] (or PM me) your Order No & Device PIN.

Thanks,
Ani.
