Uploaded new software to 8830 3 days ago. All was fine until last night when I noticed that I did not have the option to send a reply to an email that came in through the BES. BIS was and is fine. Now when I get email on the BES it gets delivered to the handheld but following is the header:

Received using: Unkown (secure)
Folder: Inbox
Message status: Opened

The rest is fine. If I try to reply I can only save draft. No send is available.

Ideas??

Help.

Perhaps the BES Admin made some changes to an IT Policy and the software you downloaded also did something.

Many companies prohibit BB users from putting anything on their devices without permission from the BES Admin or IT Staff. Sounds to me like you need to be set up on the BES again, but I am definitely NOT a BES expert.

Yes, you need to reactivate on the BES after any OS upgrade.

Enterprise Activation starts and completes normally. ALso it worked great for three days. Other ideas or does the BES admin have to do something to allow? Thanks as always.

I have had the same problem happen... seen it on both a Sprint and Verizon 8830. Sprint it happened when I upgraded from 123 to 176, the Verizon one was a friends and I don't know what caused it.
