Default black berry wont turn on but red light is blinking!

Please Login to Remove!

the blackberry won't turn on....but the red light keeps blinking even when its charging...what do i do?

It sounds like it might be in standby....Press the mute button on top. If not, then pull the battery out for a couple seconds and then put it back in.

we changed out batteries from a different blackberry...it keeps blinking 1 red light...then a series of 3 red lights...help!

i don't think its in standby...we've tried holding the standby button and all kinds of stuff...uh...

Let me just say first that this probably isn't gonna work but...this happened to me about a week ago. It may just be a coincedence but just before I was gonna wipe it I did the following. I tapped the battery contacts against the phone contacts a few time before securing the battery in place. Like I said, this probably was only a coincedence but the phone booted and have had no problem since. Good luck.
