Red face tmobile 8520 how do I change the PIN

Please Login to Remove!

I have 2 Blackberrys. Work and private. I connected them to send all the numbers to the other. I messed up the messenger. Now my work (verizon) bbm doesnt send or recieve any.. and the all the work bbms go to the private (tmobile)phone.
What can I do?
Can I change the pin on my work one and just tell the (only) 6 contacts? And how?
I'm a dope, I know.

PIN's are hard coded into the device at the factory. It would be like changing your own fingerprints.

I'm a little confused as to what you are trying to do, but when you change blackberry devices with t-mobile you have to update the device pin, at times. There are times when the system doesnt auto update it and you have to change the device manually. A rep can do it for you if you call or you can do it yourself.

Just log into mytmob, go to the Connect and Share option, then Configure E-Mail, and click on Change Device. All you have to do is enter the new IMEI and Device Pin and update. After that, go to Service Book section and Send them.

Let me know if that helps or please clarify what your trying to do. I'll be more than happy to assist you.

Ah, changing the PIN you have registered with T-Mobile's BIS! Now that's a horse of a different color. Swapping devices is a simple matter of logging into the T-Mo BIS page, entering the new PIN and IMEI of the device you're moving to, and then sending your service books to that BB.
