Default App World is freezing

Please Login to Remove!

Hello everyone!
I just joined this forum as I have a question for anyone willing to help... I just got my second blackberry, the new Curve 8500; it was activated tonight. I tried to go on the app world button, and it seems to freeze my bb. The good news is that I am able to hit "end" (phone down) button, which returns me to my homescreen, so it doesn't completely freeze my phone.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance!

Make sure that the blackberry is up to date. If thatxxx8217;s not the problem uninstall the app and then reinstall it form the blackberry website if that doesnxxx8217;t work backup the phone and do a master reset now ever if its still not working you are going to have to contact you wireless service provider and see what they can do for you. good luck.

Well stated Milan.

Hey,

I also just joined the forum to get anyone help me on my BB 8520 problem. The device freezed after upgrading apps. Any thoughts on how can I fix this? I tried pulling out the battery for like 100th times but it doesn't work this time.
Should I just go to the service provider? FYI, I am not even able to do anything as the message for the new app frozen on the screen. Cannot even make or receive calls.

Thanks in advance!
